My career in education spans more than two decades, beginning in the classroom before progressing into curriculum development, educational research and national policy implementation. Throughout this journey I have remained committed to improving equitable access to quality education for all learners.

Translating research and evidence into practical policies and innovative solutions that improve educational quality, equity, and learner outcomes.

What began as a passion for teaching has evolved into a career dedicated to curriculum development, educational research, and policy innovation.. Today, I serve as a Principal Education Officer in Botswana's Ministry of Child Welfare and Basic Education, contributing to curriculum innovation and quality learning for all.

I have led and supported initiatives in curriculum reform, STEAM education, digital learning resources, inclusive education, and early childhood development. My work is driven by a passion for translating research into practical solutions that strengthen education systems.

Through collaborations with UNESCO, UNICEF, the University of Botswana, the Embassy of France in Botswana, and the Leaders of Africa Institute, I continue to promote evidence-informed policy, sustainable development, and educational innovation across Africa and beyond.
